This day has many names and is celebrated throughout many religions and cultures. It is the longest day of the year and represents the energies of light and the Sun. It is a time to be grateful for the blessings in our own lives and a reminder to be a light for others when they need it. Bright flowers and colors, outdoor activities, grilling and cooking out, all the activities of Summer but turned into a celebration of the turning of the Great Wheel once again.
As the Seasons of the World change we are reminded that everything in our lives has a season and will eventually fade. We are encouraged to enjoy what we have to the fullest. Make the most of every moment. Enjoy the life you have and the amazing World you live in.
I will be riding my One wheel and setting up the puppy pool again. Will put something on the grill and enjoy my flowers. I hope whatever you do you enjoy it to the fullest.
