Vibrational Repatterning is a transformational energy session centered around the Amethyst Gateway, a large raw amethyst formation Shane uses as part of the energetic work.

​

The session begins with a conversation about what you want to change, create, or bring into your life. You'll then choose a raw amethyst crystal to serve as your personal connection to the Quantum Field, which Shane describes as a field of energy and possibility.

What Happens in a Session?

​

Shane guides you through the Amethyst Gateway, working with the Gateway, an Activator Crystal and the Violet Flame, a spiritual practice associated with transformation and transmutation.

​

Through guided energetic work, you'll focus on the patterns you're ready to change and the intentions you want to strengthen. Your chosen amethyst becomes part of that process and is yours to take home after the session.

​

The energetic portion of the session is followed by 10–30 minutes on the InHarmony Sound and Vibration Table, using sound frequencies and vibration as part of the integration experience.

Shane also works with you on the practical side of change, helping you identify actions that support the intentions you've worked with during the session.
