Soul Retrieval is a traditional shamanic practice centered on reconnecting with parts of ourselves that can feel lost or disconnected following difficult experiences, relationships, grief, major transitions, or periods of profound change.

What Happens During Soul Retrieval?
Soul Retrieval with Shane is a 4-session process. Together, you’ll explore what feels as though it has been lost, the experiences or relationships connected to that loss, and what may still be holding it in place.
Each session includes conversation, shamanic work, and ceremony. Shane uses journeying and other traditional practices to uncover what has been lost, understand what is holding it there, and do the work of bringing it back.
But retrieval is only part of the work. Shane will also help you understand what has been reclaimed and how to begin working with it differently in your everyday life.
