32 Let go of the old, to embrace the new!

Only by letting go of what is will you be able to grasp what could be.

Many cling to the familiar even when it is uncomfortable or when they know

that it is no longer their truth.

Fear and uncertainty will hold them in a place of stagnation and will keep them from knowing true happiness, even when change is what they claim to want.

For others, the lack of external support and validation will keep them from making real changes.

For some, it comes down to simple laziness and lack of ambition.

Your potential means nothing if it is not acted on.

Let go of the old to embrace the new.

In that moment, you will understand empowerment, freedom, and joy.
