I wanted to take a moment here to explain the process and help you to
set yourself up for great success in what we are doing. You will find in
this packet several elements that will be used during your process of Soul
Retrieval.

sessions and some helpful materials that will aid in what we are doing
together and your spiritual growth overall.

Soul Retrieval Outline
The Spirit Calling - 1st Session
During this hour long session I will explain the process and what all is involved on my part, as well as, your part.
This session will end with a traditional ceremony where I will clear your energy field and call upon the Spirits of the Seven Directions to come and help us in the process. This ceremony is very empowering and most people feel a shift in themselves simply from this first session. All sessions will include intuitive counseling to aid you in getting the most from the experience that you possibly can.
Each session will begin with this conversational aspect to help increase understanding and connection between us. I encourage you to record these sessions so that they can refer back to the intuitive exchanges between us.
The Forgiveness Ceremony - 2nd Session
In this second session we will first talk about how forgiveness plays into the workings of Soul Retrieval. I will help you understand how to let go of the traumas and to energetically release the hold that those who have hurt you still have over you. I will then lead you through the actual forgiveness ceremony which will involve traditional prayers to invoke the Spirits again, drumming to create the supporting energy you need for such strong work, and the “setting down of the stone”. This is a symbolic representation of the weight that you carry because of the trauma or abuse. Again, I will give you homework for our next session.
The Journey
Through altered states of consciousness I will travel into the Spirit World that is all around us, and reclaim the Soul fragments that have been lost. I will use the help of my Spirit Guides and Animal Totems to assist me. Often the fragments are easy to reclaim and other times the abuser is still holding onto your energy and using it for themselves. This is a more difficult reclaiming, but again with the help of the Spirits that have been called in I will be able to overcome this attachment and retrieve those fragments as well.
Every journey takes on a different form and vision so this part of your soul retrieval is done by only me, personally without interruption. I will explain and describe the entire journey to you during our final session.
The Gathering Ceremony - Final Session
During this session I will share what I experienced during the journey. I will explain the symbology and how it relates to your life directly. We then will use the stones to symbolically reclaim your thoughts, words, actions, and beliefs as your own! At this point there is an energetic transference where I am able to return the Soul Fragments to you and restore you to wholeness. This is the culmination of all the other ceremonies, homework assignments, counseling, and the journey itself. I will also share with you the best way to go about implementing your newly reclaimed energies, into your World, and what to expect from this shift.
Instructions on Gathering The Four Stones

I work with a concept I call Vibrational Integrity. What that means is that we have four energies that we express out into the World that are reflected back to us as our reality. Each of the stones gathered will represent one of those energies. They each have a corresponding element and govern a certain aspect of our expression. When you are selecting your stones use your own feelings and intuition. Any type of stones are acceptable but I know that many of you will be able to select corresponding stone for the energies they are meant to represent. I will give a sample of a type of stone that would fit energetically, but again, these choices are completely yours. Please gather your stones with respect to the Earth Mother in mind even if you purchase them. They are all precious and powerful tools when used properly.
The stone of the North represents Air and our Thoughts. This stone should have an intention or prayer said over it as follows. To the North and the air, I call upon you. I ask that you return to me my thoughts with clarity and purpose. I charge this stone to draw to me all that has been lost or taken from me so that my thoughts may once again be my own instead of those others would have me think. Example stone: Amethyst

The stone of the East governs the Earth element and our words. Bless this stone with the following words. To the East and the Earth, I call upon you. I ask that you return to me my words and true ways of communicating. I charge this stone to draw to me all that has been lost or taken from me so that my words may once again me my own instead of what I think others want to hear. Example stone: Lapis Lazuli
The stone of the South is connected to Fire and our action. Speak the next words upon this stone. To the South and Fire, I call upon you. I ask that you return to me my motivation and control of my own actions. I charge this stone to draw to me all that has been lost or taken from me so that my choices and actions may once again be for my own purposes and from my own motivations. Example stone: Carnelian
The stone of the West ties to Water and our Emotions. Set the purpose of this stone with these next words. To the West and Water, I call upon you. I ask that you return to me my true emotions and beliefs about myself. I charge this stone to draw to me all that has been lost or taken from me so that I may feel from a true space and that my beliefs about myself come only from my own self and not others. Example stone: Moon stone
Choosing your Forgiveness Object
When we suffer traumas that cause Soul fragmentation it is because someone has violated us in some way, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. When they do they take a piece of us, but they also leave something in its place. The weight of what we carry from our difficulties and traumas can be an incredible burden.
For the purpose of your Forgiveness Ceremony you will need to select an object that can be held in your hands but also has significant weight to it. This could be another larger stone or any other object that would become cumbersome and difficult to hold for an extended period of time. This isn’t meant to be a physical challenge but I do want you to feel the release when you set the object down in the ceremony.
In my office I use a large piece of Obsidian and we talk about setting down the stone as a mental tool to use after actually doing it in person. At my home I have a Civil War cannon ball that I use. It weight about 8 pounds and fits in my hand nicely. After a few minutes I am ready to set it down.
Be creative and select your object with intention.

The Crystal Stream Meditation is one of my most popular mediations that I offer. I have included it in your Soul Retrieval Packet because it is a perfect compliment to the Forgiveness Ceremony that we will do.
It gives you something to go back to when you feel the need to release something that is holding you back. It is easy to follow and extremely effective.
I will be directing you when you to use it for what we are doing but feel free to use it as often as you feel you need to.
