Dharana: The 6th Limb of Yoga

In the practice of yoga, the eight limbs outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras serve as a guide for achieving a balanced and harmonious life. These limbs, or steps, provide a comprehensive framework for spiritual growth and self-realization.


The sixth limb, Dharana, is a fundamental aspect of yoga that focuses on concentration and mental discipline.
