Service Description

This process will begin with a one hour assessment with Shane to determine your goals, potential obstacles, and desired outcomes. From this Shane will work with you to create your goals workbook and help you to form your plan of action outside of the sessions with him for the next two months. Shane will then help you energetically release the blocks and obstacles that stand in your way. This is a chance to set down the excuses and self limitations and to clear away any negative energies attached to you.
