About the event

Join us to experience a music-based self-awareness process that guides participants into expanded states of consciousness through sound, touch, inquiry, and one's willingness to trust the process where intuitive self-healing happens.

Kundalini Energy Activation is a transformative healing modality combining energy healing, meditation, and shamanic practices.

Kundalini Energy Activation is based on the idea that each individual carries within them the wisdom and ability to heal themselves.

The practice involves lying down or sitting in a relaxed position and entering a deep meditative state facilitated by music and guidance from a facilitator.

In this state, participants are encouraged to let go of their conscious minds and allow their intuition and inner guidance to lead the process.

When working in groups Energy Therapist, Elizabeth Somatra channels in healing energy to support the softening and release of blocks and calming of the nervous system. She sets the space, creates a dome of light around the group, and maintains care over the healing space.

Elizabeth creates soundscapes JUST FOR YOU During the process, co-creative energy is a catalyst for the session. The music moves as the inner dance unfolds - with deep listening, it can converse with you, touching the deepest layers of your inner being and transporting you into otherworldly dimensions.

Please dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or bolster to create a cozy space for you to enjoy.

It is recommended not to eat a lot of food or a heavy meal before the session. Light foods are okay, but eating sparingly in the hour or two before we begin is best.
