On this Fall equinox, join Alyssa Marie and Elizabeth Somatra for a sacred ceremony featuring the InnerDance kundalini awakening process. The ceremony will include smudging, guided meditations, sound alchemy, light language, energy healing, and cacao rituals, all preparing us to surrender into InnerDance.

InnerDance is a music-based energy healing process that guides us into expanded states of consciousness through sound, touch, and a willingness to trust the process where intuitive self-healing happens. It can gently prepare your physical and energetic body for a kundalini awakening.

The practice involves lying down or sitting in a relaxed position and allowing music to guide you into a deep meditative state. Elizabeth will create a unique soundscape specifically for this ceremony. The facilitators will channel healing energy to support the softening and release of blocks and calming of the nervous system. Our belief is that each individual carries within them the wisdom and ability to heal themselves.

Everyone experiences InnerDance in a unique way. As you release your inhibitions and surrender to the music, you may find your body intuitively moving, stretching or dancing; some people have visions; some people receive clarity and downloads from their guides; some experience a healing, emotional release.

We will either be sitting on the floor on bolsters or laying down on a yoga mat throughout this ceremony. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, but feel free to dress up to get in the ceremony mood.
