My goal is to INSPIRE people to find their greatest POTENTIAL and then to LIVE it.

 

Hey, everyone! I am Shane Knox, Shaman and Intuitive Advisor.

I am also the owner of Sage Studio Yoga and Wellness.

 

My life’s work has been about helping other people to have happier, healthier, and better lives through Intuitive Advisor sessions, Shamanic practices, services, and Yoga.

 

 

I started at a very young age and found I was a naturally intuitive person and that I don’t look at the World in quite the same way as a lot of other people.  It's turned out to be my greatest gift, one I would like to share with you.

I have spent over 41 years working with other Spiritualists, Shamans, Priests, Psychics, Healers, etc to understand these energetic dynamics. I have also devoted my entire life to understanding and working with the Spirit World and its interaction with our waking day World.

 

When I am asked what I do my answer is always the same. I help people figure out where they are, where they want to be, and what it’s going to take to get there.

If you are looking for a Yoga home we our known for our sense of  community and love practicing together. 

 

It's all about stepping on to your mat and being where you are!  Yoga can increase health, strength and flexibility, relieve stress, deepen Spiritual understanding and awareness, and allow you grace and poise that translates off the mat and into everyday life.

The word Yoga means “union”.  I will work with you to develop your own personalized yoga practice to help you align your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual selves into balance and harmony. Energy and breath will be major focal points as we move through poses that are sequenced in a way that will leave you feeling strong on the mat.  Strong in life!
